We work with every Event Organiser to provide the best solution for every Shotguner when an event is canceled or postponed. Maybe you've already received some information by email or on social media from the Event Organiser. We encourage you to request information directly from the organisers, by following their Facebook page or contacting them via Messenger, they generally post updates on the progress of the situation.
Shotgun is not responsible for refunds, it is the event organisers who are the decision makers. Since the money is already with them, only they can issue a refund. They are therefore responsible for collecting refund requests !
